Our History
Van Valer Law Firm was founded in 1996 by Joe N. Van Valer. With over 30 years experience in land use, development and construction law, Joe was instrumental in much of the development of Johnson County. He served as a Director of the Homeowners Warranty Corporation in Washington, D.C. and as President of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and helped found the Johnson County chapter of the Builders Association. Joe authored numerous articles on real estate and construction law issues and was the recipient of numerous distinguished honors.
The Partners of Van Valer Law Firm, Joyce Nies, Tom Vander Luitgaren, and Eric Prime, are committed to continuing the legacy of their Founder.
